Who is Eligible to Register?
This is a free education initiative, open to all Ontario-based long-term care homes. We are inviting family and residents' council members and clinical staff and leaders to be among the first 250 participants in Ontario to receive these resources.
What is the Commitment?
There are no formal contracts or reporting deliverables required to participate! By registering, you will obtain unlimited access to the resources for one year at no cost, which you are encouraged to share with everyone in your long-term care home. Our goal is to spread proactive, free resources to benefit residents, families, and staff.
